Things to Know

Check-in

Check-in is from noon to 1:15 P.M. on Thursday, July 24th. Room assignments will be given upon arrival. The first session begins at 1:30pm. If you registered over the phone, you MUST either mail or bring with you a completed registration/release form signed by you or, if you are under 18, by your parent or guardian. We must have this form in order for you to attend!

Cancellation Policy – Please read and understand

Canceled registrations are refundable (less a $20 processing fee) up to June 23, 2025. No refunds can be given after June 23, 2025. After that date, registrations (less a $20 processing fee) can be used by you or another person as a credit for any Advance within one year of this Advance. You may also substitute someone else for this Advance only without penalty. After August 1, 2026 any remaining credit will be forfeited. Registrants must notify our office of non-attendance or of replacements before the Advance or at check-in in order to receive a credit.

Leaders

Each group is required to bring their own leaders. At least one leader is required for every six students of each gender. That means if you bring three girls and seven guys, you will need two male leaders and one female leader. Adults and parents are encouraged to attend!

Meals

Meals are provided on campus in the Cafeteria. The first meal provided is Thursday dinner and the last meal provided is Saturday breakfast. All meals on Friday are provided on campus.

Dress 

Our desire is to honor God in the matter of dress and to have unity. Your clothing should be clean, modest, and appropriate. Define appropriate dress for your young ladies: apparel should be to the knees (no leggings) and blouses
should have sleeves (no tank tops or straps). Define appropriate dress for your young men: no skin tight apparel, shirts should have sleeves, pants should come to the knee or below, and no hats during services. Any graphic tees should be wholesome.Thanks for your cooperation.

  • Sleeping bag or blankets and pillow if staying on campus
  • Bible
  • Notebook
  • pen/pencil
  • alarm clock
  • clothing
  • toiletries
  • flashlight
  • umbrella
  • Spending money for coffee & merchandise
  • Folding lawn chairs for huddle time
  • Fan (these are not provided)

Things Not to Bring

  • No gaming systems or electronics (exempt items: phones, iPad, watches, & things used to engage with the event or track personal fitness)
  • Cigarettes/tobacco
  • Firearms are prohibited on college premises (even for adults who are cc holders)
  • Nonprescription drugs of any kind and in any form
  • Any prescription drugs that you do not have a prescription for
  • Fireworks
  • Alcohol of any kind
  • Knives or additional weapons of any kind
  • Any graphic/vulgar/"adult" material or content, including apparel 

Cell Phones

Cell Phones are permitted but we ask that all cell phones be turned off during the session times. If you as the leader would prefer to not have your group bring them, we completely support and understand that decision. It is up to each group to monitor phones and to eliminate usage during any sessions.
