Advance Registration Cost
- On Campus:
- Register After May 17th - $169
- Off Campus
- Register After May 17th - $129
- The “Off Campus” option does not include the cost for on campus lodging. If you choose this option, you are responsible to obtain your accommodations. Leaders are responsible for your group’s transportation to and from the Ferrum College campus. The “Off Campus” option DOES include meals on the campus of Ferrum College.
Every person registering must sign a copy of the Release/Permission form to attend. If the person being registered is under 18, their parent or guardian must sign the form. This form is built into the online form. If you register by mail you can CLICK HERE to download a copy of the registration form that includes the Release/Permission form.
Cancelled registrations are refundable (less a $20 processing fee) up to June 21, 2021. Cancellations between June 22, 2021 and July 5, 2021 (less a $20 processing fee) can be used by you or another person as a credit for any Advance within one year of this Advance. For cancellations after July 5, 2021 a processing fee of $100.00 for on-campus attendees or $55 for off-campus attendees will be deducted from your registration cost due to college policy. After July 22, 2022 any remaining credit will be forfeited. You must call our office to notify us of any cancellation or substitution before the Advance.
In the unlikely event of postponement due to government restrictions, your credit will be extended to a future Advance. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
