Regular Registrations Full | Overflow Room Opened
Our regular allotment of registrations have filled up at our 100 couple cap. We have been able to secure a functioning overflow room on site. This means if you would like to register you may do so with the understanding you will be in the overflow room. If couples cancel who have already registered, you will move out of the overflow room and into the main meeting space based on when your registration is received. We also plan to try and include some live speaking sessions in the overflow room. Please call our office with any questions: 540-890-6100. Cancellation Policy
Cancelled registrations are refundable (less a $20 processing fee) through September 1, 2025. After that date, cancelled registrations (less a $20 processing fee) can be used by you or another person as a credit for any Advance within one year of this Advance. You may also substitute another couple for this Advance without any penalty. After October 31, 2026 any remaining credit will be forfeited. You must call our office to notify us of any cancellation or substitution before the Advance to be eligible for a credit.
Advance Registration
The registration cost is $119.99 per couple if you register by June 27. Beginning June 28th, the cost will be $129.99 per couple. If you are registering more than one couple online, you will need to register each couple separately.
