Subscription Box Sign-up Form

Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription recurring payment in PayPal.

1. Log into your PayPal Account.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right of the menu bar.
3. Click on “Payments”.
4. Click on “Manage automatic payments”.
5. Click on “Christ Life Ministries” in the left column.
6. Click Cancel.
7. Confirm by clicking “Cancel Automatic Payments” on the next screen.
8. Click “Done” on the confirmation page.
9. You should now see “Inactive” on the Christ Life Ministries subscription.
